Menaggio is perfectly positioned to enjoy every aspect of the lake. From the ferry stop you can take a leisurely boat trip to beautiful Bellagio, the quintessential lakeside village perfect for a day out meandering around the narrow cobbled streets whilst admiring the art or picking up some silk or leather souvenirs.
Palm lined lake walks, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, fruit and veg, bank, ferry, everything you need is just a 15 minute walk from your home. Alternatively take the car or bus to the centre of the village. A good pizzeria is also available just a few minutes walk from your home.
Venture out to Varenna, another impossibly beautiful lakeside village or take the boat to Como City for a fascinating day out. Lesser known than its bigger brother of Milan, Como nevertheless ticks all the right boxes when seeking out the typical Italian city.
