Apartment Belle Vue is set in an extremely well maintained, secure complex with only two other apartments on our level. We are situated on the first level with access for your shopping, loading and unloading your vehicle. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms one with double bed the other with two single beds and a large comfortable sitting room which has a sofa bed.
There is a private garage underneath the apartment which is secured with an electronic key which will be provided if needed.
Communal areas in the complex are cleaned daily and kept to a very high standard. There is a beautiful swimming pool with toddler pool adjacent to it on the site, complete with toilets and showers; it is surrounded by a patio and has amazing views of the mountains.

Rental Notes: Apartment Belle Vue, is a non-smoking apartment for the benefit of all our guests. If you want to smoke, please go outside the building to do this. Smoke detector is fitted in the apartment.
We provide towels, tea towels and bed linen. Please bring your own beach towels.
Electricity is included in the rental price. Facilities include heating, unit, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, iron and hair dryer. Hot Water is heated automatically and is included in the rental price.
The swimming pool is shared with the other residents. You have unrestricted use of the pool but please supervise children at all times. We also have wheel chair access from the Road and from the garage. There is a lift from the garage to the apartment.
Any violation to Terms and Conditions may result in the occupier being vacated from the premises with NO refund.
