Our house is a traditional style white walled Andalusian one which has been tastefully refurbished to include a new bathroom and kitchen and the house has marble and tiled floors throughout. It is situated in the town of Nerja which is about a 50 minute drive east of Malaga on the Costa del Sol. Nerja is a beautifil town with no high rise buildings, nestled between the Almijara mountains and the sea. The town has numerous sandy beaches, great restaurants, cliff walks and much more.
Our three bedroom house is situated in a quiet pedestrianised street in a very ttranquil, family friendly housing complex with parking directly accessible. The complex is 5 minutes drive from Burriana Beach, Nerja town centre and a selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. In the complex there are two good sized swimming pools which have a life guard during the months of July and August. The pools are one minute's walk from the house.
The house is comprised of a small front garden, on the ground floor the entrance, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor eating area, livingroom/diningroom with a fireplace and a separate sunny alcove with T.V.
On the first floor level there is a newly renovated bathroom with a stand alone shower , small bath and W.C, there is also a separate newly refurbished W.C, there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds.
On the second floor level there is a lovely sunny double bedroom with a double bed leading to a large sun terrace with sea and mountain views. Perfect for sun bathing or eating out.

This is an ideal house for a family holiday or a number of couples. The house is on three levels so there is scope for getting away from people. It is in a most tranquil complex.
Local activities in and around Nerja, Costa del Sol - Malaga
There are superb beaches within easy access. There is a host of excellent restaurants and bars also in the town. The centre of the town is a lovely area with narrow winding streets and a magnificent promenade leading right over the sea known as the Balcon de Europa. You are within an easy drive of Malaga if you want to shop and it is a two hour drive to Granada which is a wonderful city.
From Malaga airport the entire journey is on the motorway and takes about 50 minutes in all. You simply take the N340 motorway East from Malaga in the directon of Motril. Full details available.
