This outstanding villa caters immaculately for 12 guests with 3 suites with en-suite shower rooms with hydra massage (25m2 and 14m2), 2 suites with en-suite bathrooms and the Master suite with private lounge and bathroom with Jacuzzi (45m2).
This luxury villa offers both central heating and air-conditioning making it an all year round holiday rental. The lounge has a TV, Video player, CD player as well as a DVD player.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Kettle, Toaster, Iron, Hairdryer. Utilities: Clothes dryer, Dish washer, Cooker, Microwave, Side by side American style Fridge Freezer, Washing machine.
There are six lovely bedrooms, three bathrooms, and three En-suite shower rooms with hyrda massage. The master bedroom ensuite has a jacuzzi included for that extra feeling of luxury! Furniture: Double beds (3), Twin beds (3), Sleeps maximum of 12.

If you have ordered a car for your holiday you will be greeted on your arrival at the airport. There is no queueing, form filling or searching for your car as this is all done when you book your holiday, ensuring you have a speedy departure from the airport. Otherwise a taxi will soon have you on your way.

Local activities in and around Son Bou, Menorca
If you are a keen golfer you are not overlooked with a 15-hole course (slowly being extended to 18) situated in the beautiful countryside 20 mins drive away. Horse riding, pony trekking and donkey safaris are also available at various establishments throughout the island.
This villa is approximately 30 mins from Mahon Airport, allowing you to begin your holiday within an hour after going through customs. The island measures less than 50km long and 20km across so you will never have to travel far to get anywhere. There is a regular bus service throughout the island and driving is very easy. I would strongly recommend hiring a car and this villa comes with a complimentary car hire for a Ford Galaxy (7 seater) or Ford Transit (9 seater).
The nearest Menorcan Villages to Son Bou are Alaior and Mercadal, which are both 10 mins drive away and host some of the nicest restaurants on the island.
Menorca’s Capital is Mahon, which has one of the World’s best ports. Among the good looking buildings you will find distinct English Architecture, such as the Georgian Merchant house’s – these were built when the Island was occupied by the British in the 18th Century. A lovely place to walk around, the Churches of Santa Maria and San Francisco are worth a visit. The harbour has lovely café and tapas bars to sit and enjoy the scenery, people and pretty yachts.
Son Bou, in one of the most unspoilt parts of the Island, is surrounded by rolling hills and countryside. You can enjoy beaches, restaurants and lively bars here. Cuitadella is the former capital. It is typically Spanish, with cobbled streets and is full of history. Mount Toro is the highest peak on the Island and the views from the top are unbelievable!

CONDITIONS
Changeover day is normally from Friday to Friday. Depending on availability we can be a little flexible on the changeover days i.e. Saturday or Monday.
A deposit of £100 (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of booking. The first named person on the booking (who must be at least 18 years of age) must sign our booking form. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before departure.
Including: Transfer, car hire (manual only) a choice of either a Ford Galaxy (7 seater) or a Ford Transit (9 seater), daily maid service, garden and pool maintenence, special welcome pack, flowers, 24 hour emergency service.
