Whatever your preference, you'll find it here, in abundance. The prestigious urbanisation of Doņa Pepa, Ciudad Quesada is a 30 minute drive from Alicante or Murcia airports, and served by excellent road networks.
Situated on the edge of the Natural Park with therapeutic salt lakes, Ciudad Quesada is 10 minutes from the beautiful sandy Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar; and 15 minutes from Torrevieja. It is home to La Marquesa Golf Club, and an Aqua Park.
Four other championship golf clubs are within a 20 minute range, including Villamartin, La Finca, Las Ramblas; and La Manga, a 45 minutes drive south.
There are numerous eating establishments, and shops, for the whole family, all within a 5 minute walk.
Doņa Pepa is justifiably one of Costa Blanca's most popular residential areas, with its own splendid amenities of first class shops, bars, restaurants and hotel.
Home will be a lovely 2 bedroom/2 bathroom bungalow, accessed via the front garden with a covered patio area-patio furniture for 6 guests.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite, with hair-dryer; built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and a fitted electric air-conditioning unit. The second bedroom has twin beds and its own shower room and toilet. it also features built-in wardrobes, stand-alone fan, and an electric heater. A cot for an infant can be arranged.
The lounge has an armchair, a three-seater divan (converts to double bed), sideboard with Satellite TV receiving English and other European Channels. There are two wall-units; glassware and cutlery for a six place setting provided. In one of the drawers is useful information on local area; as well as Rules and Guidance for guests staying on the complex.
This is NOT a Holiday Resort! It is a much sought after Residential Gated Community with allegedly the best swimming pools in the area. People reside here permanently. You are asked to kindly abide by the Rules.
The American Style kitchen, with fridge/freezer, microwave oven, electric toaster, electric kettle, electric oven & hob; ironing board, electric iron; a complete range of pans/dishes/utensils, crockery for 6 guests. it leads out to the back garden. Here you will find a utility room, with electric washing machine, and sundry useful implements.
Stairs lead up to the roof solarium, storage with sun-loungers, and a rudimentary shower. The obligatory pool is a lovely secluded communal one, with a separate pool for the children; where you can keep an eye on them, whilst you either swim, sunbathe, or just relax with a good book and a cool drink. It is a gated community so there is no fear of the pools being crowded. Everyone is very friendly, and most speak English.

Entertainment:
Satellite TV, Radio. There are excursion buses that can be caught in Ciudad Quesada, by the Twin Arches. Booking at Rosa's Tours diagonally across the road. Reasonably priced, covering interesting locations.
Outside:
Communal Pool, Garden, Garden Furniture. There is a private roof solarium complete with 4 sun-loungers, and a rudimentary shower.

This is more of a family location. Smoking is permitted outside ony. When considering the elderly, though this is a bungalow, there are steps to reach the roof solarium. Most residents are mature.
Local activities in and around Ciudad Quesada, Costa Blanca - Alicante
Cycling and walks; Golf and Water Park. Local Spanish Language School.
There is horse-riding and go-karting to be enjoyed, in the vicinity.
There are also Tourist buses taking you to magnificent places of interest, and at a quite modest price. Some of the excursions even include meals.

A Refundable Breakages/Damages/Loss Deposit of Ģ100.00 is to be paid 4 weeks before the holiday begins. The Refundable balance, less any deductuions, will be returned 28 days after the end of the holiday.
There is also a 45.00 Final Clean payment to be made to the Cleaners on site, to prepare the property for the next guests.
A "Welcome Pack" can be provided to get you going, on your arrival, comprising of bread, margarine, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water, and fruit juice at a cost of from 25, payable on receipt of the keys.
Transport can also be arranged for collection and return to Airports. Car taking max 4 passengers cost 80.00 round trip. Pay the driver.
A Mid-stay cleaning service can be arranged, but any arrangements must be specific, in advance and paid for on arrival.
