This is a lovely spacious comfortable apartment within a small friendly development close to La Sella Golf course Jesus Probre in between Javea and Denia. It is situated in an idyllic setting surrounded by beautiful gardens with views across the golf course and valley to the Montgo National Park. Only a short drive from either Javea or Denia Beaches.
Ideally situated for a golf, walking or cycling holiday or for those that just want to relax by the pool or on the terrace, the ideal place to enjoy the sun. The La Sella golf course is set amongst fragrant orange and lemon groves and stunning scenery. The resort features an 18 hole Golf course, a Tennis club, Equestrian facilities, restaurant, bar and shops as well as a Spa at the nearby 5* Marriot hotel which lays at the bottom of the hill.
The apartment is in easy reach of lovely sandy beaches as its halfway between Javea and Denia, the resorts of Denia and Javea are a 10 minute drive and have fabulous beaches, pavement cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.
Within easy reach of all the amenities on offer in Denia and Javea, it is also just a short drive away from the beautiful valleys of Jalon, Orba and Pego with tranquil villages sitting amongst the vineyards, orange and almond groves.
Dénia has a wonderful climate, whilst its landscape, is an added plus to its blue waters. The nature reserve of el Montgó separates the towns of Denia and Javea (Xabia in valenciano), the magnificent Montgó mountain rising to a height of 758 metres. Seen from the south the mountain resembles the profile of an elephant.
The port area of Javea is a working fishing harbour and marina. There is also a pebble beach and pedestrian front dotted with bars and restaurants. To the southern side of Javea is the Arenal with a sandy beach and many bars and restaurants.

Flexible change over days, enabling you to minimise you flight costs as Saturdays can be the most expensive day of the week.
It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible.
The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
There will be a small security deposit required plus a small final clean charge of £35.00.
