This apartment is set on an urbanisation which is surrounded by mountain views. The property has x2 double bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has two singles. The lounge area has a sofa bed which sleeps two people. Fully equiped Kitchen with Microwave, two large terraces one at the front of the property and one at the back, both terraces equipped with tables and chairs, a BBQ is also available. Washing machine is available in a separate utility area on the rear terrace.

Golf
There is a pool at the top of the road with a bar/tavern and outside seating (please note the pool is open from June to end of September each year). There is a small convinience shop on site. The main castalla town is a very spanish town and is short drive of aprox 5 minutes from the urbanisation . The town has its own castle a supermarket and outside markets twice a week. There are a few coffee shops and bars/restaurants. There are also a few towns within close proximity of Castalla- Biar, Onill, Ibi , Tibi and Sax. The urbanisation is a 25 minute drive to the nearest beaches of El campello and San Juan, and if you enjoy the busy atmosphere of Benidorm this can be reached in aprox 35 minutes drive. There is the championship golf course- Bonalba which takes 25 minutes in the same vacinity is Alicante golf. La Finca is a 50 minute drive. The area is quiet and rural but within reachable distance of the beaches and more liveley resorts. Alicante airport is 25 minutes drive maximum.
The property has linen and bathroom towels provided, there is a travel cot for a small charge if required but no bedding is provided for this. The cleaner will come at the end of your stay.Rental includes cleaning/change over and linen.The rental is to be paid to the key holder/cleaner who will meet you on your arrival and departure. A car is necessary for your stay.

The Urbanisation in gernerally flat and the appartment is ground floor , however there are a few steps to the entrance of the property leading from the small garden to the balcony.
Local activities in and around Castalla, Costa Blanca - Alicante
There is horse ridding nearby, and some nice country side walks.
Warehouse outlet shops/bowling and restaurants
San vincente del raspieg is 15 min drive down the motorway from castalla and is home to Alicante university where they provide short spanish courses. There is a shopping centre with a bowling alley and numerous restaurants. san vincente is very well sign posted off the motorway/ main route out of castalla heading to Alicante.
These stables have been recommended by some of the residents of castalla international and they are only about a 10 minute drive from the urabanisation , apparently they are good with children and there is someone there to speak English which always helps .
Take A7 motorway from Airport, exit junction 70 and head towards Alcoy on the A77, carry on for approx 25k until you see the turn off for Castalla. At the roundabout take the first exit CI.
