Edinburgh Villa is a lovely Victorian house with cottage garden and conservatory. With a Living Room, Dining Room, Conservatory, and spacious fully equipped Kitchen it's perfect for a family or group of people wishing to explore Edinburgh. Highspeed internet connection for laptops, gamecube and games, and special touches throughout. Now completed its first year of rental and loved so far by all of our guests (we even had someone blog about the house!). Featured in the Scottish Life Winter Issue!
Central to all of Edinburghs tourist attractions and located in a prestigious area of Edinburgh just to the west of the castle and Princes street. We can assist you with any questions you may have such as airport travel. The airport is a very easy drive or quick taxi ride. We love the house and you will too! Ample parking.

Please note that we sleep the 7th person on a pull out bed in the single bedroom. This room is then only suitable for children.
Further details outdoors: The house is located in an upscale tree lined side street just across from a golf course. There is plenty of parking out front. There is a magnificent back garden. The front garden is also fenced and gated.
Freshly brewed coffee and Scottish nibbles await.

Local activities in and around Edinburgh, Central Scotland
Within short walking distance (0.7 miles) is the Edinburgh Zoo, Murrayfield stadium (where all the big rugby matches are held), a co-op grocery store (five mins) and a library (10 mins). A Par 70, 18 hole golf course on mature parkland now has USGA specification greens and is only a 5 minute walk from the house. This course also rents out clubs.
A large park on over 47 manicured acres with wonderful formal gardens and topiarys, specimen trees, an Italian garden, and a glassed winter garden with exotic plants is just 10 minutes walk, perfect for picnics! There is also a child's creative play area and open land for ball games etc. Asda supermarket is five minutes by car.
Located in Murrayfield just on the West side of Princes Street and the Castle.

Rental Notes: Deposit: A deposit of 30% is required when booking your vacation. The remaining rental balance and security deposit will be required 8 weeks prior to check-in. Reservations made 8 weeks or less prior to check in require full payment. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card via Paypal in GBP (there is a slight additional charge for Paypal). Guests who fail to pay their final rental by the due date may lose their booking and their deposit.
An additional security/damage deposit of 150GBP is required and will be fully refunded providing there are no damages. The party leader agrees to accept full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of their group during the occupation of the house.
100% of deposit refunded if cancelled at least 12 weeks prior to check-in. 50% of deposit refunded if reservation cancelled at least 8 weeks prior to check-in. No deposit refunds for 8 weeks or less
There is an extra 50GBP per week to sleep 7.
