This charming cottage is tucked away in one of the quiet secret places to be found all over Wells-next-the-sea.
The detached house was built ten years ago in a traditional brick and flint style and is set away from the road down a private drive. It is ideally situated for shops, pubs and restaurants available in Wells as well as the quay and beach. The whole of the North Norfolk coast is accessible with 25 miles either east or west.
Acacia Cottage has an entrance into a hall way with a downstairs w.c. and basin. The hall way leads to the sunny kitchen dining room. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a built in electric oven and hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a fridge. An extra fridge and a freezer and washing machine are located in a utility room which has a door opening onto the garden. The dining table will seat 6/8 people and has French door which open out onto the garden.
The sitting room is to the front of the house and has a TV has Sky basic plus Sky radio and there is a video player with a selection of videos and a CD player. A gas flame fire is installed for extra winter comfort. Upstairs on the first floor are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles, one of which has an en-suite shower room and 1 further twin room. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath. On the second floor is a further twin bedrooms with a w.c. and basin en-suite.
The pretty, private garden is fully enclosed and has an area for sitting outside with a table, chairs and a barbeque.
There is private off road parking for 2 cars at the front of the property. Bed linen included but not towels. No pets. No Smoking. Gas fired central heating included.
