In the heart of Kato Paphos the apartment is situated only 200 metres from the Tomb of the Kings archaeological site, 300 metres from a golden sandy beach and a very short walk to the picturesque fishing harbour, ancient fort, and the local market. Everything is easily accessible on foot so there is no need to hire a car unless you wish to explore the Island futher afield.
Kings Gardens Apartments offer on site facilities including two communal swimming pools one at ground level and one unique to the area situated on the roof of block 1 with a pool bar, restaurant/snack bar and beautiful landscaped gardens.
The property can sleep 4 adults and 1 Child and comprises of a lounge, dining area, luxury kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, one with with 2 single beds the other a king size double both with built in wardrobes and a large bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and plenty of storage. There is also a large private balcony area with furniture for alfresco dining and private covered parking for 1 vehicle.
The lounge area has both a 3 seater and a 2 seater leather settee, large coffee table and 32" Plasma/LCD TV Media System including a DVD player and satellite TV with over 400 channels. The dining area has a dining table which can seat 4. The kitchen comprises of hob/oven/grill, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. All crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, tea towels and other utensils have been provided.
For your comfort all rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and extra oscillating fans too.

Local activities in and around Kato Paphos, Southern Cyprus
There are lots of pubs, clubs, tavernas and restaurants nearby. Cycling, horse-riding, go-karting, and a waterpark available in the area. There are English - Language cinemas in the town and concerts are held in front of the mediaeval fort. Paphos also has a number of fascinating museums and UNESCO World Heritage sites too.
At the harbour there are the house of dionysus mosiacs and a little further on the catacombs and the tomb of the kings. A full range of watersports are available locally, from sub-aqua to those "traditional" white knuckle water rides. Boat trips depart from the harbour area on a regular basis, exploring the local coastline inc fishing and glass bottom boat trips. Paphos aquarium is also worth a look.
There are several wineries in the area that can be visited for free wine-tasting. Many monasteries and churches are accessible from Paphos, as are the Birthplace of Aphrodite, Aphrodite's Baths, Adonis Falls, reservoirs and mountain forests.
Aphrodite Water Park
With the largest number of facilities and attractions in Cyprus, the biggest family rafting ride in Europe and virtually guranteed sunshine for every one of its opening days, it's no wonder that Paphos Aphrodite Waterpark attracts over 100,000 visitors each year. A cool way to spend a hot day.

Rental Notes: Changeovers are flexible as are checkin/checkout times as long as agreed in advance.
A 25% deposit is required upon booking, full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
We can accept payment by way of cheque or bank tranfers in GBP or Euros.
We will reserve your chosen dates for three days with no obligation, to enable you to book flights. If you are unable to find any suitable flights, or you've simply changed your mind, just let us know and we'll release the dates.
The property is maintained by a local English couple who are always on hand in the unlikley event you should have any problems.
We will also ask for £100 as a security deposit to be sent with the balance payment. This will be refunded as soon as you return following confirmation from my housekeeper that no damage has occured.
The property will be cleaned and freshly laundered prior to arrival at no extra cost to the client. We do not make an additional charge for use of Air Conditioning.
