Occupying part of a recently refurbished old warehouse, the property has been beautifully renovated to the highest standard with much attention to detail. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this secluded area of Dartmouth, which is only a 5 minute walk from Dartmouth Castle and the South West Coast Path.
1 The Pottery is a truly special apartment. The development has its own launch point into the River Dart - perfect for taking the family dinghy out for the day! Boats can easily be launched from the slipway and the creek is ideal for sailing and swimming.
Living Information A spacious living room is located on the first floor. Solid wood flooring throughout. Original features such as the iron support column. Large six seater corner sofa. Occasional furniture in solid oak. Original art pieces are scattered throughout the property. Entertainment is provided by a flatscreen TV with Sky satellite channels, a DVD player and music stereo. A selection of DVDs and board games are available to guests.
Kitchen A well equipped kitchen within an open plan design. Designed to a high standard with solid granite work tops. Features include an electric oven with ceramic hob, tall fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A washer/dryer is located in the downstairs shower room. The dining table is made of solid oak and has six matching chairs.
Master Bedroom A large bedroom located on the ground floor. Kingsized bed and a large sofa bed. There is a large privacy screen in the bedroom to separate the two sleeping areas. Furniture includes a vanity unit and matching wardrobe. A door leads to the en-suite bathroom.
