Teignside Cottage is a former fisherman's cottage perfectly located for a beach and town holiday. You even have a choice of beaches: Back Beach is just a stone's throw from the door; whilst a two-minute walk in the opposite direction will take you to the Den, with its children's playground, Victorian pier and miles of golden sand. Even the town centre is only a couple of minute's walk away. You couldn't wish for a more convenient location.
Living Information: Tastefully decorated living area with neutral colours. 2x two seater mock-suede sofas. Natural sandstone fireplace. TV with Freeview, and video/DVD player. Small selection of children's videos.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, microwave, kettle, cafetiere and toaster. Wood effect worktops and mosaic effect tiling. Electric oven and gas hob.
Dining: Pine dining table with 5 chairs.
Master Bedroom: A beautifully light and airy room enjoying sea views. It has a double bed, two bedside chests with bedside lamps, a fitted wardrobe with a cupboard above and a fitted chest of drawers topped by a mirror, which serves as a useful dressing table.
Bedroom Two: Comes with bunk beds. A fitted wardrobe with cupboard above and chest of drawers.
Bedroom Three: The sun lounge, which also doubles as a third bedroom, has a four-foot sofa bed. There is also a separate TV and doors leading to the rear patio area.
Bathroom Information: The fully tiled bathroom has a white suite comprising bath, with electric shower shielded by a shower screen, w.c. and wash basin. A mirrored bathroom cabinet is fitted with a light and shaver point. There is also a radiator and large heated towel rail.
Outside Information: A double-glazed door leads to the white-tiled patio, which has a table with sunshade and five chairs. A drying area is also available.

Teignmouth is a historic old port and traditional seaside town at the estuary of the River Teign. It has the activity of a working port, with large ships, fishing vessels and pleasure craft travelling between sea and estuary. The seaward side of the town features an elegant crescent of Georgian buildings and a promenade that, alongside the beach, stretches the length of the town and boasts a Victorian pier. The estuary side of the town is a lively place of fishing boats, beach huts and waterside inns, with the village of Shaldon just across the water.
