Marina View is a two bedroom, mid-Victorian house originally constructed in 1875 within a 1 minute walk of the village centre and the foot and car ferries across to Dartmouth. Guests enjoy a fantastic view from the property across Dartmouth and the River Dart. The view is a constant source of interest with the boat yard, marina and steam railway below, as well as a wide variety of river traffic.
Living Information: Furnished to a very high standard with solid oak flooring throughout the property. Original Victorian features such as the fireplace. Doors leading to the balcony area with uninterrupted river views. Period style sofa and armchairs. Entertainment is provided by a TV with Sky satellite channels and a DVD recorder.
Kitchen: A large and spacious kitchen with solid oak units. Fully fitted with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven and hob. There is a walk-in laundry space on the first floor which houses the Miele washer and dryer with ceiling airer over a belfast sink.
Dining: The dining table is located in the kitchen area and has six oak chairs.
Master Bedroom: Located on the ground floor with a kingsize bed and 2x large double wardrobes. Steps lead to the french windows and the conservatory balcony with stunning views. This room has a panel heater plus 2x wicker chairs and a wicker table.
Bedroom Two: Situated on the first floor, this features a kingsize bed, 2x double wardrobes, a dresser and chair.
Main Bathroom: Located on the ground floor with a bath, w.c., and wash basin.
Bathroom Two: Situated on the first floor with a large electric shower, w.c., wash basin, shaver point and under floor heating.
Outside Information: Fantastic views from this property. Sun room and balcony area with seating. Designated car parking space at the marina car park which is situated below the property.
