This fully air conditioned villa with private south facing pool, spa and games room sleeps 8-10 persons and is within a 20 minute drive of Disneyworld and within easy reach of Florida’s Gulf & Atlantic coast beaches, shopping malls, restaurants, and international airports.
Situated on Calabay Parc at Tower Lake a secure gated community, Serenity’s guests will have access to a clubhouse with facilities including a fitness room, fishing dock & picnic area(from mid 2009). Well located for access to the I 4 straight into Disney avoiding the traffic on the 192.
Serenity is beautifully furnished with 2 master en-suite bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom and an open-plan lounge. There is fully fitted kitchen with a dining area, utility/laundry room, double garage/games room. Further seating/bedding is available in the den.

Master bedroom with king-size bed, walk in wardrobe, cable TV and extensive en-suite bathroom inclusive of twin sinks, shower and corner bath tub.
Second master bedroom with queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, cable TV and en-suite bathroom (partially adapted for wheelchair users) with a large wet room shower. A waterproof wheelchair is available for use on site especially for our disabled guests at no additional cost.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 have twin beds fitted wardrobes and access to a further bathroom with bath and shower.
Lounge/family room overlooks the pool & spa area and is comfortably furnished with a leather sofa and chairs, cable TV, DVD player, films, cards & board games, music system and access to a telephone for calling home (pre-paid card required from local retail outlet).
Additional seating is situated in the den at the front of the villa with cable TV and a sofa bed (sleeping 2 additional guests if required).
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, breakfast bar, 2 stools and access to the dining area with a table and 6 chairs. The utility or laundry area has a washer/dryer/ironing board/iron and is separate from the kitchen.
Outside, there is a covered lanai (patio) with patio table, chairs and loungers. The extended L shaped pool deck which is south facing for those who wish to soak up the afternoon Florida sunshine surrounds the pool and spa (jaccuzi) which measures 23ft x 16ft maximum size (pool heating is available). A removable child safety fence is provided for the pool area.
The double garage has been converted into a games room with pool table, table football and darts for those with an endless appetite for fun.
A travel cot, high chair, strollers and BBQ are available for hire on request.

Local activities in and around Davenport, Florida
Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a beautiful new community set adjacent to a large natural lake. This quiet and tranquil setting is conveniently located for all the theme parks central Florida has to offer.
Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, MGM/Disney Studios, Islands of Adventure, Seaworld, Shopping Malls, restaurants and nightlife are within an easy drive of between 15 and 30 minutes.
The lake boasts a boat ramp and fishing jetty and is popular location for catching bass.
Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is also located close to two of Florida's top golf courses at Champions Gate (7 miles) and Southern Dunes (1 mile).
Both the Gulf coast (Clearwater) and Space coast (Daytona) beaches are within a 1 hour 50 minute drive from Serenity. Busch Gardens is approx 1hr 15 minutes away.

Interstate 4 (exit 55) towards Haines City. Go South 7 miles on Highway 27 and Tower Lake is situated on the left off Bates Road (Left at Lowes DIY Superstore, located 0.5 miles before WalMart).
