Great base for trips around the area, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, also the forgotten part of Cornwall, Whitsand Bay with its fantastic beaches for surfing. Ideal cottage for a family holiday or romantic long weekend for two!

The cottage retains lots of character with exposed beams and a beautiful window seat. The cosy living room has a leather sofa, flat screen tv/dvd player, and table and chairs.
The living area then leads through to the stairs and a well equipped kitchen, with electric cooker, fridge/icebox, microwave and washer/dryer.
A narrow staircase with rope bannister leads directly up into the first floor double room with deep sash window and alcove, bedside cabinet and wardrobe.The main bedroom then leads on to the bathroom with white bathroom suite with Mira shower over the bath with glass shower screen and heated towel rail.
A further narrow staircase takes you up to the top floor twin bedroom, with bedside cabinet and chest of drawers.

Local activities in and around Looe, South West
Looe is a traditional seaside town and has much to offer including an excellent sandy beach with safe swimming, rockpools and beautiful coastal walks. It has a thriving fishing port, lots of shops, boutiques and many good restaurants using local produce.
Fishing and glassbottom boat trips can be taken from the quayside. A boat can also take you across to Looe Island to explore the nature reserve.
There is a scenic railway line which connects East Looe to Liskeard.
Looe holds many events through-out the year including a Festival of the Sea in June and fantastic New Years Eve celebrations with a firework display on the beach at midnight.

Suppliers of locally grown/produced food, farmshop on the way into Looe and also a fantastic delicatessen in Looe which also sells fresh fruit, vegetables and flowers
Rental Notes: Saturday changeover with property vacated by 10am and new arrivals after 3pm.
Rental prices include bedlinen, gas and electricity. Towels are not provided.

Pay and display car parking is available (approx. £12-£22 per week depending of season) at the Millpond Car Park (6 minute walk) with luggage drop off at the property on arrival and departure.
