We are situated in Kerbourbon, a hamlet in the Tarun Valley enjoying charming views over the adjoining countryside. We are three kilometres from the market town of Baud and 30 minutes drive away from many of the lovely beaches of Southern Brittany.
A comfortable and modern apartment offers accommodation for up to four people.
The apartment comprises of an open plan kitchen/dining/living room.
The well equipped kitchen area includes a microwave, fridge, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. In addition there is a seating area which will comfortably accommodate up to four people.
The apartment includes two bedrooms, one double room and one twin room. Facilities in the family bathroom include a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
A additional junior bed or cot can be added where required. A high chair is also available.
The apartment enjoys the benefits of gas central heating for autumn and winter rentals.
Our property is set within one acre. The patio area at front of the apartment offers the ideal opportunity for dining 'alfresco', and a children's play area is available with a variety of outdoor toys. There is also a BBQ available for use.

Local activities in and around Baud, Brittany
The market towns of Baud (5 minutes) and Pluvigner (10 minutes) are nearby with a large variety of restaurants and cafe's. The Adventure Forest in Camors (3 minutes) is a 'must visit' for children and adults alike. Or visit the many local attractions such as St. Anne d'Auray with its magnificent Cathedral (20 minutes). St. Nicolas des Eaux on the side of the Nantes/Brest Canal (25 minutes). Visit the Sunday Market at Carnac and enjoy a picnic on the beach at nearby Trinity sur Mer (30 minutes).
