Detached 3 bed upside down Marine house. Comfortably furnished, it is situated on a private estate overlooking the central green with tennis and swings. Fabulous views of Chichester Harbour from the large open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. Very close to all amenities including the Marina, Sailing Club, beach, shops,etc. Own secure back garden and front garden with ample room for cars/boat.
For stays of more than 1 week I can provide clean bed linen & towels at no extra charge. Laudry service available for longer stays.

This is our second home and is very well equipped. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, large master bedroom with double bed and full size single, bedroom 2 double bed with single over, bedroom 3 full size twin room. All bedrooms have ample storage. Large bathroom with bath and shower over.
Upstairs is the large open plan lounge (usual tv, cd, games), diner, bright modern kitchen with full size cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, plenty of cooking untensils and serving bowls etc.
Outside the house is located on a quiet private estate with central green with tennis court & swings. The house has its own secure back garden with bbq and plenty of garden furniture, hose, etc. The front garden has ample parking for cars/boat.

Tourist attractions incude HMS Victory, HMS Warrior, The Mary Rose Museum at Portsmouth, Gunwharf Quays with is excellent shopping, Spinnaker Tower, the Roman archaelogical site of Fishbourne, Staunton Country Park, Weald and Downland open air museum at Singleton, Bosham Art Gallery & Craft Centre, The Playzone at Cosham, Queen Elizabeth Country Park and Hinton Ampner Garden at Bramdean.
