Located in the perfect village for beach lovers, watersports enthusiasts and golfers alike, this newly converted spacious first floor apartment is set back slightly from the admirable village centre, and just at the top of the lane leading down to the Blue Flag harbour beach with its lovely sandy bay and watersports centre.
The accommodation comprises a double bedroom with a king sized bed, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath, bright sunny sitting room with a window facing down the lane leading to the beach with small views of the sea.

There is a good sized new dining/kitchen offering a washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crokery and an electric oven. Buckets, spades and other fun and entertaining items for the beach can also be found in the kitchens store cupboard. There is also an iron and ironing board.
Parking is made easy with a shared garage available, offering one dedicated space for a car or bike etc.
Duvets/pillows are supplied (one king sized, two singles).
The lounge offers warm comfortable surroundings with a gas/coal fire, a TV with free view digital TV, a DVD and video player. There is also a well stocked video and DVD library for all ages and books for anyone who enjoys reading.
The local supermarket is 6 3/4 miles along the Fife Tourist Route at Anstruther, however Elie has an aray of family owned shops and businesses including a post office, bakery, bank, butcher, grocery, fruit shop, delicatessen, gift shops, newsagent and a tourist information centre.

Elie is a great place to discover the Fife coastal walk and once on the walk from Elie to St Monans ( 2 3/4 miles) there is plenty of seats to stop and enjoy a picnic and take in some local history with the historic Lighthouse and Lady's Tower ( built for Lady Janet ofAnstruther in the 18th century) From Lady's Tower it is also possible to see wild Dolphins swimming close to the shore.
During the summer months weather permitting the Local Ship Inn, Bar and Restraunt holds Barbeques on the terraceand from its glorious seafront position the pubs cricket team can be watched playing cricket on the beach regulary throughout the summer.
There is so much to see and do in and around the East Neuk of Fife with lots of villages and towns along memoriable coastal routes, with places close by like Earlsferry, Crail, Leven, Anstruther, upper and lower Largo and St Andrews to name but a few.
In all these towns and villages there is plenty to see and do with Crail offering a Heritage Museum, St Andrews with its Botanical Gardens and Aquarium and Cupar with its Deer Centre and Deer farm.
