This very comfortable tastefully furnished apartment is situated on the secure and independent urbanisation of Lorcrimar I. It is situated within easy walking distance to Puerto Banus and is very close to the nearby towns of San Pedro, Marbella and Estepona.
This is a superb first floor one bedroomed apartment. Fitted and decorated to a high standard with air conditioning for the summer months and warm air for the winter time. The living/dining area is large and airy and has a dining table and four chairs together with a comfortable sofa. There is Sky satellite television. There is also a stereo music system with disc play, tape decks and a radio tuner. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is ample cutlery and a full dinner and tea service. There are also plenty of pots and pans if you wish to cook plus a kettle and a toaster. The bedroom has a double bed with side cabinets and is next to the bathroom which has a good size bath fitted with a shower together with a sink, toilet and bidet.
The urbanisation has a large swimming pool situated in a well kept garden environment. The apartment is within very easy walking distance of the centre of Puerto Banus. Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of two weeks or more, a change of linen is also included. A basic Welcome Pack is supplied for your convenience. A full driving description and map will be sent to you before your arrival date. You will be met and shown to your apartment by one of us personally and we are to hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

Puerto Banus
Puerto Banus is located just 10 minutes from the centre of Marbella, 5 minutes from the town of San Pedro de Alcantara, and 15 minutes from Estepona and within easy walking distance of the apartment. Its famous port with luxury yachts, open air bars and restaurants attracts visitors from all over the world. During the day, it is a shopper’s paradise with many designer shops, boutiques and El Corte Ingles department store. In the evening, the bars, clubs and restaurants can entertain you throughout the night. There is a multi screen cinema, with at least one film a week in English, regular local boat trips and the popular Saturday market held near the bullring.
San Pedro
San Pedro sits between Puerto Banus and Estepona. It is an Andalucian style town with an abundance of shops, tapas bars and restaurants. It is only a short stroll from the bustling town centre to the beach, where you will find ample space to soak up the sun and enjoy one of the beach bars which offer a wide range of fish dishes and well as other local delights. San Pedro retains its Spanish atmosphere and is a great contrast to the neighbouring Puerto Banus.
You can fly into either Malaga or Gibraltar. Both are only about a 40 minute drive away taking the A7 coast road or AP7 toll road. Car hire, taxis or our own transfer service are all available.
