September Cottage is the right hand side of the pair of semi's and the accommodation comprises front door to hallway passage with staircase to first floor, to the front and middle of the property is a double reception room with sitting area to the front and dining area with door and 'serving hatch' to kitchen. Behind the dining room and with door from the kitchen also is the conservatory also with table and chairs. The conservatory leads out to the good sized 'sunny' garden. Off the conservatory is a downstairs WC and shower room and the utility area.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, to the front is the bathroom and a twin bedroom to the back is the double bedroom and a further twin bedroom - all bedrooms and bathroom have doors direct from the landing.

Bembridge is a small coastal village that is located on the eastern tip of the Isle of Wight. The harbour boasts an array of unusual and distinct house boats and the village centre offers a fantastic array of shops and services. Bembridge is home to the Isle of Wights only Windmill which has recently been restored by the National Trust.
Only a short distance away from Bembridge are the towns of Ryde and Newport which both offer a variety of shops, eateries, local farmers markets and various festivals/carnivals including a terrific lantern display. Newport is the larger of the towns and also boasts the Quay Arts Centre - an interesting place to spend a rainy afternoon.
The nearby surrounding area to this property also offers a swimming pool, horse riding, beaches, speedway track, ice skating arena and much more.
