Hillcrest is a beautifully refurbished cottage located along a quiet country lane on the outskirts of Bishopsteignton. The fantastic location amongst the rolling hills of South Devon makes a tranquil and relaxing base for a break, whilst providing easy access to the local amenities and attractions. The cottage enjoys a panoramic outlook across the Teign Valley and down to the estuary at Teignmouth.
Living: A spacious living room enjoying views across the valley. Recently renovated by an interior design agency to a high standard. 1x three seater sofa and 3x armchairs. Entertainment is provided by a widescreen TV, DVD player/recorder. A mini snooker table and board games are provided for children.
Kitchen Information: Enjoys views over the countryside. Comprehensively equipped with an electric oven and hob with extractor fan over, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. A utility room leads on from the kitchen with washer/dryer, freezer and large sink. The room has ample space for golf and fishing equipment, etc. and a side door for access to the garden.
Dining: Dining room enjoys views of the countryside, complete with large patio doors leading out onto a terrace. An oval dining table with 6 chairs is provided.
Sleeping Information: Master Bedroom, Double bed with wicker furniture and double wardrobes, dressing table, 2 bedside tables, a portable TV and DVD player and a sink.
Bedroom Two: Double bed plus a double wardrobe and matching furniture, TV/DVD combination, and a sink.
Bedroom Three: Contains a single bed with a built-in double wardrobe and a bedside unit.
Bedroom Four: The final bedroom also has a single bed, double wardrobe and a bedside cabinet. There are 2 z-beds available in the property for a 7th and 8th guest if required.
Bathroom Information: The first floor bathroom has a bath, wash basin and a separate w.c. On the ground floor there is a shower room with wash basin and a separate w.c.
Outside: The cottage enjoys a panoramic outlook across the Teign Valley and down to the estuary at Teignmouth. The views can be enjoyed from the terrace and pleasant garden to the rear of the property, where there is a glass table and parasol with 4 chairs. At the front of the property there are a few non-designated parking spaces on the lane.

Teignmouth is a historic old port and traditional seaside town at the estuary of the River Teign. It has the activity of a working port, with large ships, fishing vessels and pleasure craft travelling between sea and estuary. The seaward side of the town features an elegant crescent of Georgian buildings and a promenade that, alongside the beach, stretches the length of the town and boasts a Victorian pier. The estuary side of the town is a lively place of fishing boats, beach huts and waterside inns, with the village of Shaldon just across the water.
