A 2 minute leisurely walk takes you down to the harbour and to Brixham centre where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located. In the other direction, the Breakwater and beach are a few minutes walk.
Living Information: Refurbished to a high standard. Far reaching sea views. A three seater and a two seater leather sofa. TV with Digital Freeview and DVD/CD/video player.
Kitchen Information: A well equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and microwave.

Sleeping Information: Master Bedroom, Located on the second floor with a double bed, wardrobe and views across the bay.

While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bar’s such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning.
