The centre of Brixham is a mere two minute walk down the hill which leads down to the harbour front and the marina. The property boasts a rear terraced garden, a front grassy terrace, a side patio with garden furniture and a large private driveway leading to parking for up to 5 cars. Mature shrubs to side of the property add to the overall charm. Four steps lead up to the front pathway of the property.
Living Large bay window with views that overlook the rooftops down to the harbour. Ample seating provided by two blue, two-seater sofas and one blue, four-seater sofa. Entertainment is provided by a TV, DVD & freeview box. Separate games room with a TV/DVD player, football table and a large bookcase containing a variety of games & books. For the fitness enthusiast the room comes complete with its own exercise machine. For extra guests there is a sofa bed.
Kitchen As with the dining room the kitchen is separated from the dining area by the beautiful large log burning fire. Electric oven with integral grill, a separate gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, four slot toaster, kettle and cafetiere.
Dining Double doors lead from the kitchen into a conservatory area with a handy metal table and four chairs allowing for additional seating.
Bedroom 1 King-sized four-poster bed to add a touch of sheer luxury. Entertainment is provided by a remote controlled TV with DVD player.
Bedroom 2 Double bed with metal headboard, large double wardrobe, vanity unit with eight drawers and matching five-drawer chest. Entertainment is provided by a remote controlled TV with DVD player.
Bedroom 3 Decor is neutral with cream curtains and 2 matching bedside lamps complementing the divan double bed. Large wardrobe with shelves and six drawers a neutral coloured carpet, radiator and wall mounted mirror.
Bedroom 4 Matching twin beds with matching bedside tables and lamps plus an additional sofa bed.
Bedroom 5 Boasts the original sash window with rooftop views and harbour glimpses. 2 single beds with metal bed-heads and two matching bedside tables and lamps.
Bathroom Fully tiled with lino flooring and a white suite, comprising a shower over the bath with shower mixer and glass shower screen. Washbasin with shaver socket, mirror and underneath vanity unit.

While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bar’s such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning.
