Cotehayes is a large detached house over 200 years old situated in the leafy Wellswood area of Torquay. Offering impressive yet discreet accommodation, the centre and harbour are a 10 minute walk away, while the Blue Flag Meadfoot Beach is a 15 minute walk in the other direction. Kent's Cavern and Babbacombe are also within a 2 minute drive.
Living Information: Living accommodation is located on the first floor. Large living/dining room has a sunny outlook onto the garden through french doors. Entertainment is provided by a TV with cable. Period furniture graces the room.
Kitchen: Modern and well equipped, over looking out onto the rear garden. Features an oven/grill with gas hob and extractor over, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
Dining: Pine circular kitchen table with four chairs. A door leads to the conservatory and access into the garden.
Master Bedroom: Located on the first floor. Features a double bed with furniture and storage.
Bedroom Two: Also located on the first floor. Single with a pull-out second bed underneath. Offers bedroom furniture and storage.
Bedroom Three: Situated on the ground floor. Double bed with bedroom furniture and storage.
Bedroom Four: Twin beds with furniture and storage.
Bathroom Information: The main bathroom is upstairs, offering a roll top bath with separate shower cubicle, wash basin and w.c. Downstairs there is a fully tiled shower room, with cubicle wash basin and w.c.
Outside Information: 2 parking spaces in the courtyard (shared with The Stables). A third of an acre of garden at the rear of the property. Outdoor furniture and a gas barbeque are provided.

The heart of the town is the harbour which is lined with cafes, bars and restaurants; a great place to watch the world go by. From here, take a pleasant stroll along the marina with the area’s trademark palm trees, or hop on a boat for a cruise across the bay or round to Dartmouth. The Living Coasts, The Princess Theatre and Pavilion shops are also located here. Torquay is rich in Victorian architecture and identity as the country’s first ‘resort’.
Torquay is host to many more attractions, including Babbacombe Model Village, Kents Cavern, Torquay Museum. Or take a trip back through time to Cockington Village where thatched roofs prevail and watch a blacksmith working in the 14th Century forge.
