It is extremely well appointed and spaceous with 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom/shower. There is also a separate shower room with W.C. The large lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished and equipped with TV and DVD player.
The kitchen has full cooking facilities, washing machine, dishwasher and a full range of utensils. There is a private terrace from the lounge.
The complex includes extensive and beautiful gardens with a large swimming pool and a separate childrens pool. Within a short drive are many restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. Calahonda has a mini land-train service which stops outside the apartment complex allowing easy access to all the main areas in the local community.
For holidays of more than one week, a change of bed linen and towels is included and these are delivered at the end of the first week and each extra week.
