The villa has a large open plan lounge and dining area with panoramic ocean views from the full lounge and dining areas.
The lounge features a 42" Flat TV, DVD, Satellite (BBC1/2, ITV, C4/5). One set of patio doors leads directly to decking and patio doors through to the BBQ area. The lounge also has a double sofa bed for extra guests.
There is beautiful dining table and chair are set in the dining area with a library area featuring wireless ADSL.
There is large independent kitchen fitted with granite work surfaces, oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine. George Foreman grilling machine. Feature ceilings with cornice and inset spot lighting.
The villa has 4 double bedrooms. Bedroom one has a large king size bed, bedroom 2 and 3 have double beds and bedroom 4 has two single beds with a shower and basin ensuite.
There is also an upper bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin and a lower bathroom with twin sinks, WC and large oval bath.
