New, three bedroom dsigner villa, set in a commanding location on the hills over looking the mediteranean sea with views to Paphos and Coral Bay. Set in a quiet secluded location Villa Hunter was desiged to create a no expence spared luxurious and relaxing holiday home for your enjoyment. Much of the dsign was created by ourselves, with interior design by Conrad and furnished with a very contempory feel by Bo Concept.
Our new boutique villa provides all you need for a relaxing stay including a heated swimming pool, satalite TV with 32" plasma screen TV, PS2, DVD and music system. A selection of cd's, games books and films are available for your enjoyment. For golfers 2 sets of Calloway golf clubs are available to use for a day on 3 local courses.
The house has 3 large bedrooms, bedroom 1 having a huge queen size bed,dressing room and en-suite with walk-in wet room. Off the bedroom is a beautiful veranda with panoramic views to the sea and mountains, a great place to enjoy a beatiful romantic sunset. Bedroom 2 has a large king size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. (A travel cot is available if required). The house bathroom is beautifully tiled with a bath and shower.
Leading down the marble staircase from the entrance is a huge open plan living area and large kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped with oven & grill, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine microwave and a whole array of cooking and dining utensils.
The large lounge and dinning area is beautifully furnished with very modern contemporary furniture by BoConcept. Relax on the 'L' shaped sofa and watch the 32" wall mounted plasma TV with satellite TV, a DVD and PS2. In the longe area a round dinning table seats 6. The house has a real fire place and is fully air-conditioned in every room that also heats the house.
Outside there is a lovely shaded veranda with dining for 6 people. The beautiful gardens have sun beds, a traditional cypriot BBQ, shower and decked chillout area. Around the 8mx4m heated pool are sunbeds and parasol. A heated pool is a real must for simmimg outside the main 3 summer months. The gardens have a beautiful array of scented plants and enjoy views to the Mediteranean sea to the south and Cypriot hills to the North.

Local activities in and around Tala, Southern Cyprus
Tala Village. The village of Tala often discribed as the Beverley Hills of Cyprus is a mix of local taditional Cypriot life, expats and large holiday villas set on the hills overlooking Paphos and Coral Bay. It provides excellant local facilities with 2 bars, the wonderful walled garden gallery wine bar and 5 local tavernas offering freshly cooked traditional meat, fish and Mezze.
Traditional Cypriot entertainment is also available on some evenings while the Cypriot easter festivities are not to be missed(dates different from UK). Tala village provides a lovely blend of tradional Cypriot life that makes for an unforgettable holday experience.
Out and about To make the most of your trip, a car is essential. There are many great places to visit, the great historic monuments, local monestry, plus fantastic fishing villages and mountain tavernas. The sandy beach of Coral Bay is 8 minutes away and Paphos town with local markets and desgner shops just down the hill. A great water park and go karts will keep the kids happy, while Paphos itself has an upbeat night life with many great international restaurants.
3 championship golf courses are 5 - 20 minutes away that provide a great taste of golf. Aphrodities also has top class spa facilities.

Whether its a day on the beach, shopping in town, or a lunch in a quite local fish restaraunt everything is possible from your base in Tala. In the summer months the hills of Tala are cooler than the coast being above the humidity level enjoying a relaxing sea breeze.
