The accommodation which has been recently refurbished is normally accessed from the rear parking area in Scinde Crescent into the dining room. This room is furnished with a table which doubles as a Snooker Table, behind this room is the well equipped kitchen and utility area . To the front of the property is bedroom 5 with a double bed, a WC, the sitting room furnished with leather suite, TV, DVD, Hi Fi etc. from the hallway is the front door to the raised front garden and North Road.
On the first floor is bedroom 4 with bunk beds and a door to the rear roof terrace with table and chairs, etc. Bedroom 3 is a single at the front of the property, the main bedroom 1 is a double and bedroom 2 has a set of bunks and a single bed (the house is laid out to sleep up to 10). Additional on this floor is the family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and wash hand basin there is a further seperate WC and most of the bedrooms are fitted with wash hand basins.
