The villa accommodates up to 5 persons in its comfortable rooms which have been decorated in absolute style. Villa Kissos consists of one double bedroom with a hand made bed and a gaugy mosquito net, one bedroom with two single beds and a mezzanine with a single bed. It also consists of two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bathtub and one with a shower. Villa Kissos is an ideal location for a peaceful holiday with view to the ocean, surrounded by a natural landscape full of lavish greenery.
Villa Kissos is one of the three properties constituting Athina Luxury Villas, a small luxury complex of vacation properties surrounded by lavish gardens on top of Ksamoudochori, a picturesque little village just 3km south of the nearest sandy beach of Maleme. While in the villa, guests can enjoy a unique ocean view, relax while swimming in the clear blue pool that is cleaned on a daily basis, admire the pure surrounding landscape as well as the meticulous garden, and forget about their everyday routine as our maid takes care of everything. There is daily cleaning and maid service as well as change of towels. The exquisite embroidered linen is changed 2-3 times per week while you can also make use of slippers, fluffy bathrobes and luxury amenities in the bathrooms of the villa.
The villa also features a comfortable living room with sofas and a dining table for six in front of a stone fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen next to the large veranda which is ideal for you to enjoy your breakfast, snack or evening drink while admiring the quietness of nature.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, features satellite TV, CD-player, DVD-player and PC with ADSL internet access.
