Villa Rodia is a trully exclusive designer's villa, built on the highest point of Ksamoudochori, a small traditional village just 3km south of the neareast sandy beach of Maleme near Platanias in West Crete. Villa Rodia is a detached maisonette of 115 sq.m. overlooking the magnificent surrounding scenery full of vineyards and olive groves as well as the endless Mediterranean ocean. It is characterised by a unique sense of luxury and fine decoration which makes you feel as if in a 5-star luxury suite. The villa has its own private pool which is located on the ground level of the villa, in front of the living room's patio. It is surrounded by lavish gardens of about 4.000 sq.m. where a large wooden gazebo and a stone barbecue can be found for guests' convenience.
The gardens and the villa's pool are kept in immaculate condition by our staff who makes sure that they are cleaned ona daily basis without interfering with the privacy of our guests.

In the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with sofas in front of the fireplace, a dining table for four, a satellite TV, DVD-player, cd-player and a specially designed corner with a personal computer and fax machine, serving as a small home-office. In the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker.
The marble bathroom with the shower comprises a washing machine and a hair-dryer. Both bathrooms feature gold-plated mirrors and are equipped with luxurious toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and bathrobes
In the first floor, the master bedroom with the handmade four poster bed, the two armchairs in front of the fireplace, the exclusive swarovski crystal lightings as well as the plasma TV-set and the wooden veranda with view to the rose garden, pool and ocean, constitute an ideal destiantion for couples and honeymooners throughout the year as the villa features central heating system and two fireplaces. All floors are wooden and the textiles are extremely exquisite so as to create a beautiful homely atmosphere. In the first floor there is also a walk-in closet along with a marble bathroom featuring a whirlpool bathtub.
Finally, on the second floor there is a beautiful pink room with a queen iron bed, surrounded by three windows offering a breakthtaking view to the gardens and ocean.
