Casa Etta is a luxury private villa with a large swimming pool, set in its own private gardens with stunning views across the Sibilini mountains and national park. Our outside Barbeque area is ideal for family get togethers and al fresco dining in the evening. Outside shower area for those cool dips in our large pool. Ideal for children as there is no deep end. Sun loungers and umbrellas are there for your enjoyment.
Our beautifully furnished Italian house is just a 5 minute walk from the local village with all its local amenities, being a few nice restaurants, a weekly market and coffee bars. A forty minute drive will take you to the clean Adriatic beaches and this area is also great for hiking, walking and for history and art lovers alike. Casa Etta is ideal also for short breaks and skiing in the winter. Our regular clients recommend our house as it is very private, clean , well furnished and is in a very central position without having to drive for a meal out in the evenings.

Private large brand new swimming pool, Casa Etta is a luxury villa and has five bedrooms sleeping ten people comfortably. Well manicured and secluded private gardens, hilltop setting with great views from the outside area and from most of the bedrooms.
Ground Floor
Relaxing lounge with comfortable sofas, lamps, armchairs. CD/DVD player, board games, books cd. Exposed character walls, beamed ceilings and terracotta tiles floors throughout. French style doors lead you onto the garden from the lounge and dining room. The Lounge and Dining room are separated by an Italian stone archway .
We also have a ground floor shower room with wc. Utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Easy access to the garden. Italian style Arches provide large open living areas throughout the downstairs areas of the villa.
Fully fitted kitchen, fridge/freezer, oven/hob and marble work surfaces with luxury wooden units. Full cutlery and all kitchen utensils provided, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee making machine, character beamed ceiling.
Two further floors consisting of our five bedrooms, all individually furnished to a very high standard. Original floor tiles in the lobby and a fine italian stone staircase leads you up to the bedrooms.
We have totally refurbished Casa Etta very sympathetically in order to keep in with the traditional look. All our furniture has been hand picked with most pieces being Mahogany, including some of the bedroom furniture suites. Plenty of storage and room for families, and it is ideal for couples and small groups. Everything in our villa is brand new.

Local activities in and around Ascoli Piceno, Marche
The clean and safe swimming beaches of the Venetian Riveria are an hours drive away. Excellent for local seafood. Great for children, shallow water and private clean showers line the beaches. There is a train that runs along the coast taking you to Rimini, Cattolica and Ancona. This train also takes you to Rome.
More locally the ancient town of Macerata is 30 mins by car, excellent for Opera lovers and shopping. Assisi is 2 hours, and Rome 4 hours by car. A good day out is to visit the town of Loretto, famous for the Black Madonna. There are also numerous hilltop villages, still retaining their Italian character and charm.
Amandola, a typical example of a traditional Italian town is 30mins drive, with its numerous Piazzas, and open air cafes.
This region of Italy is ideal for walkers, hikers and also for skiers in the winter. Visit Le Marche in June and July and see the hillsides blanketed with sunflowers and poppies. You are in the foot hills of the Sibilini Mountains and its national Park, you may spot some wild boar or deer amongst other wildlife.
Open air opera festivals and wine festivals throughout the summer help to make this area an ideal destination for people who will appreciate its authenticity. Museums, art galleries and Churches in abundance.
Car hire is essential to make the most of your stay.
For opera lovers and wine lovers the choices are endless in this region of Italy, still unknown and uncommercialised, probably how Tuscany was twenty or so years ago !
Casa Etta is one hour's drive from Ancona Airport, and two hours from Pescara. You can also fly to Rome or Bologna. Full maps, and directions will be sent prior to your departure.

Rental Notes: We require a non refundable 25% deposit please when booking, the balance is due eight weeks prior to your departure. There is a returnable breakage deposit of £300 to be paid with the balance. This is returned a week after you leave the villa. We accept personal cheques, debit cards and all major credit cards (2% charge for credit cards) Euros are also accepted.
All gas and electricity is included in the price, as well as bed linen and a supply of towels. I do recommend, however, that you bring extra towels for the beach.
Cleaning is included in your stay. Our villa will be cleaned ready for our clients to arrive. Fortnightly stays receive a clean and towel/linen change at the end of the first week.
SPECIAL RATES APPLY FOR BOOKINGS IN APRIL, OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER. OCT AND NOV £700 PER WEEK AND APRIL £1000 PER WEEK.
