Two hundred year old part flint cottage, comfortably furnished to a high standard with a modern interior, boasts the ideal location, overlooking the sea, in the bustling seaside town of Sheringham. This lovely coastal town offers all the traditional seaside treats including a sandy beach, safe bathing (Blue Flag Award), restaurants, tea rooms, gift shops and a wealth of attractions for all ages.

This immaculately kept accommodation comprises of an open plan well equipped kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, tea towels, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery for six.
Dining/living room is comfortably furnished. There is a TV, DVD player, VCR, radio/CD player, board games, jigsaws and books.
Full gas central heating and double glazing. Gas and electricity are included.
On the first floor is a spacious bedroom furnished to a high standard with twin beds. A second bedroom on this floor boasts sea views with bunkbeds which can sleep two children or one adult.
Also on the first floor is a bathroom with bath and shower attachment, toilet and washbasin.
On the second floor is a delightful bedroom with double bed overlooking the sea, complete with en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin.
Duvets, linen and blankets are provided. Please bring own towels.
