There is many other beaches, golf courses and attractions all within a short drive.

The main bedroom is a double with ensuite, the second is a twin with bathroom, and both bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
The lounge and dining area is spacious and furnished to a high standard; the lounge includes a large double sofa bed. Also in the lounge is TV with sky, DVD and CD player. Off the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. A full cleaning service is available. The apartment is ideally situated for sandy beaches and champion golf courses, which makes it ideal for beach lovers, families and golfing enthusiasts with four golf courses close by namely Villamartin (champion golf course), Las Rambles, Campaomor and La Finca.
Only ten minutes by foot and two by car is the popular and well established Villamartin Plaza where you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops to suit all.
A ten minutes drive will bring you to the beautiful sandy beach at La Zenia, which offers water sports. There are several beaches all along the coast. There are lots to suit all ages with theme parks, water parks, a large marina, the zoo, large shopping centres and Go-Karts and lots more all within 15 to 30 minutes from the apartment.

The apartment is situated close to Villamartin Plaza. There is an excellent road network, which will take you to Torrevieja, a fifteen minute drive. Also within easy distances are the towns of Benidorm, La Manga, Alicante, Murcia, the beach resorts of La Zeina, Playa Flamencia, Cabo Roig and Guardamar are nearby.
There are excellent bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate area, plus four championship golf courses for the golfing enthusiasts, Villamartin, Las Rambles, Campormor and La Finca.
There is an abundance of shops and of particular interest are markets which are held every day of the week in the towns and villages of the area. The towns of Rojales and Almoradi are charming rural towns where you can shop and have a drink or tapas and enjoy yourself in the sunshine
For those of you who like to combine a beach holiday with a rural setting and also golf this apartment is ideally located. You can book a boat trip to the tiny island of Tabarca, well worth a visit. For the shoppers amongst you why not visit the cities of Alicante and Murcia where you can shop till you drop.

Changeover day is flexible to accommodate cheap flights.
