There is ample private parking beside the house and a secluded area of courtyard garden to the rear with patio furniture. The house is just a short stroll to Elie Habour with it's watersports centre and long sandy beach, yet has the benefit of being situated on a private road in a quiet location.

There are several good eating places, within the village, and for those wishing to picnic there are several shops offering good local produce.
