Set in the grounds of the owners' property, you will have your own entrance, driveway and parking, still retain your privacy.
From a furnished patio you will enjoy your private garden with barbecue, and direct access to the pool area. The pool, all around paved with roman travertine marble, is set in a fenced park (two hectares) where olive trees, vineyard and cypresses create a quiet and romantic oasis of beauty and relax. You can eat al fresco in the gazebo near the pool soaking in the views of the picturesque landscape.

Wine and Oil Town, Montespertoli has built its history upon the products of the land and offers a rich selection of these in the numerous restaurants, pizzerias and bars: all very good in traditional Tuscan cooking.
Montespertoli area, with hectares of vineyards and thousands and thousands of olive trees all around on its hills, has always played a crucial role since the ancient Etruscan age, thanks to its roads from North to South (as Via Francigena).
Castles and Churches were built during the medieval age and now, perfectly preserved, you can visit them with their artistic treasures.

A deposit of 30% of the full amount is payable in advance to secure a booking. This deposit (30%) will be refunded in full if cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, less a cancellation fee calculated as the first night's rent.
Cancellation between 60 to 45 days: 50% refund. Cancellation between 45 to 30 days: 30% refund. Cancellation made less 30 days: no refund due. Refundable damage deposit of € 150,00 paid on arrival.
