We are pleased to offer for rent a beautiful, newly built, greek/cypriot style apartment. The apartment is in a sought after complex, in a favoured position in Kato Paphos.
The apartment is an oasis of calm, yet the main amenities of the harbour, shops, lively nightlife and the municipal beach are just 10-15 minutes walk away. The municipal beach has water sports and a beach side restaurant.
The majority of holiday accommodation in the harbour area can be found in Universal Gardens, around the area where Marina Complex situated.
The apartment is stylish and newly furnished to a high standard. It has everything you need to have a home from home experience and a great holiday.
Car hire is not essential as everything you need is on your doorstep.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor, with its own sunny patio area, which is opposite to the pool, yet private as it is screened off by shrubbery. The patio is ideal for al fresco dining and barbecues.
There are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for kids. There are free sunbeds, showers and toilet facilities near to the pool. The pools are lovely and warm in the summer months and the area is never too crowded.
The rooms are newly furnished and they have a nice modern feel. The bedrooms have large cupboards and dressing tables; there is one double bed and two single beds, so four people can sleep comfortably without the need to use pull out sofa beds.
The living room has a TV, DVD player and a new Hi Fi. There is also a nice dining area with a glass table and leather seating.
There is a lovely bright kitchen and bathroom and the kitchen is fully equipped with all of the utensils you will need to self cater in style.
Linen and towels are provided. The apartment will be cleaned in readiness for your arrival. A linen change will be provided after one week for 2 week bookings. There is a local contact number provided in the event of a problem or emergency.
There is an electronic security safe so you can store your valuables safely.
There is a handy storage area at the side of the apartment. This is great for golf clubs, bikes and suitcases.
The air conditioning units also blow warm/hot air for chilly winter evenings.
A cool box is provided for picnics and a barbecue is available.
In addtion to all the local amenities being within easy reach, there is a supermarket nearby which stocks all the provisions you will need. Next door to the supermarket is a nice cafe/bar which serves reasonably priced meals.
The apartment really is in a great spot. We have been to Cyprus many times and we have found that this is one of the best locations. We use the apartment ourselves on a regular basis.

The property is situated on the ground floor. It can easily be accessed by clients with walking difficulties. The property is particularly suitable for couples and families.
Local activities in and around Kato Paphos, Southern Cyprus
The aqua park, mini golf course and horse riding are all a two minute drive or an easy taxi ride away.
Water sports are available from the municipal beach, which is a 15 minute walk away.
Within Kato Paphos are vibrant nightlife, beautiful restaurants and an array of shops. The restaurants and nightlife are located around the harbour and Bar Street. There are also a number of lovely restaurants around the "triangle" which is situated at the top end of Poseidon Avenue (this runs up from the harbour).
There are lots of historical sites in the area and adjacent to the harbour is an extensive Archaeological Park, famed above all for its elaborate Roman mosaics that decorated the floors of three villas, the House of Dionysos, the House of Aion and the House of Theseus.

Tomb of the Kings
No kings were ever entombed here but the grandeur and scale of this large burial site for local nobles and dignitaries earned it its name. An elaborate third century BC necropolis cut out of the rock, with columns around underground courtyards and visible nooks for bodies and offerings to the dead, it is a fascinating place, reminiscent of similar sites in Egypt.

The balance and £50.00 breakages/key return fee are due 8 weeks prior to departure.
If you wish to book for unusual combinations of nights ie 8 or 9 nights etc., this is acceptable. This will enable you to take advantage of cheaper flights.
