The apartment is reached through a gated entrance which adds extra security. Other benefits include the use of a large communal swimming pool, access to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor, and a newly built 18 hole golf course.

Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and has air conditioning throughout for the summer months. Use of a baby travel cot is available upon request and Sky TV at no extra cost to the guest. The Sky package includes all english channels, Sky sports 1, 2 & 3, Sky Movies 1 & 2, and all childrens channels.
The apartment is fully furnished including washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer in the kitchen area. There is both a shower and bath in the bathroom, fresh linen and towels are provided.

The area offers a lot of different activities including swimming, walking, sailing, cycling, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing.
The village of Roda is located 3.5km from the nearest beach of Los Narejos and 2.5km from the nearest resort of Los Alcazares. In Los Alcazares you can find many bars and restaurants, lovely promenade and fantastic beaches.
Los Alcazares is located on the shores of the Mar Menor which is a salt lagoon separated from the Mediterranean sea by the La Manga strip. This makes the waters very shallow and safe for children and also increasing the water temperature. The area is well known for its fantastic golf courses and the weather is warm all year round.
The apartment is located on a new development which has gated security which is ideal for families. On one side of the apartment there is a small childrens park with swings and slides. The complex also has a large communal swimming pool. Approximately 20 metres from the apartment block there is a civic centre which sells drinks, tapas, and ice creams at resonable prices. The nearest supermarket can be found on the main road called "Consum" which is about 1.5km away.
There are many golf courses in the region, with Roda being only a 5 minute walk away and Mar Menor Golf a 5 minute drive. Serena Golf is located on the other side of Los Alcazares and is a 10 minute drive. La Manga offers numerous courses and can be accessed by only a 20 minute drive. The area is well known for being a golfers paradise.
The nearest airport is San Javier (Murcia) which is a 5 minute drive away. Alicante airport is also only 60 minutes away which most UK airports fly too. Full directions upon booking.

Rental Notes: A non refundable deposit of £50 per week is required to confirm the booking, the balance must be paid 6 weeks before departure.
Prices include electricity, linen, towels (not beach). 40 euros will be payable on arrival to cover the costs of cleaning.
The apartment must be vacated by mid-day on the day of departure, unless agreed in advance. Reduced rates are available for longer than 4 weeks, please enquire. If staying for longer than a week then an optional weekly linen/towel change can be arranged for 40 Euros per week.
A security deposit of £50 (cheque) is required with final payment, which will be returned or torn up when the apartment is confirmed Ok at the end of the rental.
Short term rentals ie weekend booking can be arranged but will incur an additional cost of £40 to cover the clean. Only the nights used will be charged.
Welcome pack containing Milk, tea, coffee, water etc will be provided within the apartment on arrival.
