This beautiful newly constructed (2007) first floor apartment (90 sq. m) located in a small Residence of 8 apartments is fully furnished with modern luxurious fittings and gas central heating. The apartment boasts 3 rooms (2 double bedrooms a lounge/kitchen and 2 bathrooms) and sleeps up to 5 people. Bedroom 1 located on the same floor as the lounge/kitchen and bathroom has a kingsize bed whilst bedroom 2 (also containing a king size bed is located in the Mansard (attic) along with the second bathroom plus a single bed for a 5th guest. The Living area contains a double sofabed armchairs and TV. Open plan kitchen area contains fitted units and house an oven, grill, 4 hotplates, dishwasher dinning table and chairs etc

Sala Comacina is a medieval village on the western shore of the lake midway between Como &Menaggio The village includes restaurants, where you can sample typical lake cooking, shops, a bank, boat and ferry service and a few bars.
Lido di Lenno is approximately 2km away, the exclusive beach is one of a handful that has sand. The Lido is a popular place in the day for beach lovers, and equally as popular in the evening when it is transformed at sunset into a plush bar ideal for aperitif and then into the evening for restaurant food and lastly open air disco.
For sports lovers there is ample choice with tennis, golf and horse riding close by whilst further a field there is windsurfing (25km) and Skiing Resorts (150 km).
