Fairway House is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom Frontline (13thTH Green) Golf Villa. A very bright and airy villa with private pool and views onto the mountains as a backdrop.
The house sleeps up to 8 persons and features the following and has many fine features such as breathtaking high ceilings, master bedrooms with Jacuzzi ensuite.
The Fairway House is in situ on the stunning El Valle Golf Resort, 20 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) airport and 60 minutes from Alicante.
Golf club house and 18 hole golf course on site with a la carte restaurant, supermarket, golf club house bar and spacious lounging area and stunning terraces, as well as an Irish bar.
About Fairway house: Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit.
Second bedroom with 2 single beds. Third bedroom with 2 single beds. Second bathroom. Lounge area with seating for 8 (including one double sofa bed). Dining with seating for 8. Flat screen TV and DVD player. British Sky satellite-TV. Open fireplace.
The kitchen is fitted out with: Microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer (with water dispenser and icemaker), toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Utility room includes washing / dryer machine, and iron with ironing board.
Outside facilities: Private pool with outdoor shower and 6 sun loungers. Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 8.
All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels).
The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.
About the complex and area: The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all. San Javier Airport is a 20 min drive. Alicante Airport is a 60 min drive. Murcia City is 15 min drive. Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.
