Guests can enjoy the garden with the use of extensive garden furniture, BBQ equipment and outdoor games.
Accommodation comprises of a large bright open plan kitchen with fully fitted modern appliances leading to utilty room with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. From the kitchen access is gained to an open plan living and dining area with ample seating for 8 round the main table. This living space is equipped with a full range of both visual and audio technology and Wireless internet connection.
There is an assortment of sleeping accommodation in the Courtyard to suit each groups’ needs ranging from twin bedded to king size double and bunk bed. Each bedroom has ample storage and blackout roller blind and curtains are in place in each room.
Bathing facilities consist of 1 fully modernised bathroom with over bath shower and a separate, fully fitted shower room. Lights are all modern recessed, low wattage bulbs. Hot water is instant and continuous fed through a combination gas powered boiler. Gas central heating throughout.

Local activities in and around Stirling, Central Scotland
The Courtyard is at the very heart of Stirling City centre; a two minute walk to all the attractions within the historic City: the magnificent Castle and rich Scottish heritage centre, the Old City Jail, the Tollbooth, a modern shopping centre, small quaint arcades and several supermarkets. The historical Bannockburn Heritage Centre is only a 20-minute walk from the city centre and there is also a good selection of both modern and traditional pubs and restaurants in the area. Nick Nairn’s famous cookery school is also a mere 20 minute drive away in nearby Port of Menteith.
Stirling does not stand alone; other areas of historic interest are on the doorstep: just a five minute's walk away to the charming village and local pubs of Cambusbarron and five minutes in the opposite direction for Cambuskenneth and its famous Abbey. Wallace’s monument is a 2 min drive; on the way, stop off and visit the Old Stirling Bridge.
The surrounding countryside is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts: walking, cycling and paragliding are all on offer on the nearby Ochil Hills. Slightly further away are The Trossachs, Callander, Loch Lomond National Park, Glasgow and Edinburgh providing, therefore, the ideal central touring base for your holiday.
Golf being available at every turn: Kings Park’s own course and at least another five within Falkirk district, a 15 min drive away. Slightly further afield are the world famous Gleneagles and St Andrew’s Old Course. Transport within the area offers excellent links to all areas; Edinburgh and Glasgow (airports) are within one hour’s drive. Stirling also has a good bus/rail network and motorways heading both North, further through Scotland, and South towards England and Wales.

Rental Notes: Lets are weekly: Friday to Friday. Access is available to The Courtyard from 3pm on the day of arrival. You are asked to vacate the house by 10am on the day of departure. Deposit: 50% payable on booking. Balance: 6 weeks prior to stay. Cot, high chair, bed guards, baby bath and bottle warmer available on request.
Wide range of outdoor garden toys available for under 5s eg trampoline, sand/water pit, paddling pool, swing, slide, ball pool etc. We can also provide some indoor toys for under 5s if required. Fully accessible for wheelchair users.

"Lovely accommodation with the added bonus of being the first to stay there. Our party included 4 adults and 4 children. We were made to feel very welcome and Kirsteen and Rob? were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely secluded patio area will be a bonus in the summer months. Both families would strongly recommend this property to friends and family alike.

" The apartment is lovely - it was very clean on our arrival and on the whole the apartment looks very fresh. Also, the furniture is comfortable - sofa is great for lounging on and you'll get a great night's sleep on the beds. The local area appears to be very quiet too, so that helps. The amenities are great - kitchen is fine - good cooking area, two toilets which is handy, two showers also. Can't fault it, really. I'd definitely recommend this to friends.
