This Cosy granite barn conversion is situated in Upper Sennen village, which lies just 8 miles (15 min drive) west of Penzance and just 1 mile from Lands End.

Inside this first floor flat it opens into a sitting room with a wood burning stove and a double mezzanine bedroom.

There is also a TV/ DVD and Video recorder and a stereo with a selection of CD’s for your use.
There is a small single bedroom which can also accommodate a camp bed if you wish at extra cost of £50.
The kitchen is simple but charming and has a breakfast bar with stools for two, electric cooker and hot water which runs via an emersion.
The bathroom/toilet has both a bath and an electric shower.
The flat is not ideal for small children due to the open layout of the mezzanine and would be the responsibility of any adults. Pets are welcome at a cost of £15 each per week.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided for your stay free of charge.
There is a small lawned garden adjacent to the flat which has a garden shed in it; there you will find enough fuel for your stay.

Local activities in and around Penzance, South West
Sennen Cove Sennen cove has a very popular 17th century pub (The Old Success) which serves excellent food as does the splendid ‘Beach café and Restaurant’. These both get very busy in season and booking in advance would be advised. Also visit the roundhouse gallery and the Life Boat centre if you have time after surfing and enjoying our wonderful beach!
Beyond Sennen. In upper Sennen why not visit the family friendly ‘First and Last Pub’ or try your hand at 10 Pin Bowling in the ‘Seaview Holiday Park’. The post office and convenience store are also in upper Sennen.
If it’s more scenery you are after, then why not take the coast road to the quaint historic mining town of St Just where you can indulge yourself in the bohemian art scene and café’s/pubs/ and just a short walk to several historic mining valleys including Cape Cornwall?
If you continue through this mining area on the famous coast road (one voted Britain’s most beautiful drive by Daily Mail readers) then you will arrive at St Ives where you can trace the footprints of Barbara Hepworth, Ben Nicholson and John Miller. Here you will find boats, ice-cream, surf shops, fish and chips, paintings, seagulls (hold onto your pasties!) and fishing trips….a great day out.
St Ives can also be reached via a short but beautiful and highly recommended train journey from Penzance via the St Erth station which takes you along the coast.
Follow the A30 all the way to Sennen, over the roundabout. Opposite teh post office there is a samll turning. Turn up here and keep right where you will see the festooned fishing buoy cottage.
