Situated in the beautiful southern Costa Blanca, (just a short drive to the beach) the apartment offers accommodation for up to six people.
La Finca is conveniently situated between Murcia and Alicante airports, both of which are served by almost all UK and European airports and budget airlines.

This brand new urbanization has banks,shops, bars, and restaurants, all of which are just a few minutes walk away.
This apartment is exceptionally well appointed, with high quality furnishings and marble flooring. Patio doors in the lounge diner open on to the covered terrace. There is large table and chairs which comfortably seats 6 or more people and overlooks our garden and the landscaped communal gardens and pool.
The garden is lawned and there is plenty of space to relax on the sun beds here. At the front of the property there is a private courtyard with a BBQ and further table and chairs, the perfect place to take breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The apartment has air con in bedrooms as well as the living area. There is an open fire in the living room for the cooler winter months and heating.
Beaches - The apartment is located just a short drive from the beautiful blue flag beaches of Guardamar. It is also within easy reach of the Mar Menor, and La Manga national park.
Golf - LaFinca golf course winds its way through the heart of this new beautifully landscaped development. Other famous golf courses including Villamartin, Las Ramblas & Campoamor are all within 20 minutes drive.

Real Fire, Central Heating, Air Conditioning, House Linen, Towels Provided. We have a cot, high chair and step to reach bathroom sink for our younger guests. The garden gate has a lock making it a safer for children to play. A cool bag and sun umbrellas also provided.

Seating for 6. The spacious longe/diner has a full leather suite, with extending glass dining table. This area opens out through patio doors on to the covered terrace.
Entertainment:
Satellite TV, DVD, Radio, CD System, Board Games. The lounge is also equipped with satellite TV with English channels plus sky sports and a movie channel.
Books, playing cards and a few games also available.
Outside:
Communal Pool, Terrace, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Garden Furniture. Our garden is lawned and overlooks the communal pool and there is plenty of space to relax on our sun beds here. At the front there is a private courtyard with a BBQ and further table and chairs.

Local activities in and around Algorfa, Costa Blanca - Alicante
Coast/Beach: The apartment is about a 15 minute drive away from the beautiful blue flag beaches of Guardamar. The beaches here are some of the best on the Costa Blanca backed by dunes planted with pines, eucalyptus and palm trees.
There are 8 white sandy beaches in total extending to almost 14 kilometres. Sun beds are available in most places and the beaches are cleaned daily. Nearby the town of Torrevieja has sandy beaches as well as a harbour and numerous restaurants, tapas bars and shops.
Just 5 minutes from la Finca you will find the typically Spanish villages of Algorfa and Los Montesinos which offer a range of shops, local bars and restaurants. A 15 minute drive will take you to the bustling town of Torrevieja with it's long sandy beaches, restaurants, shops, markets and a lively nightlife. Shops, bars, restaurants and banks can also be found on site at La Finca.
Golf: The La Finca golf club lies in natural surroundings of great beauty at the foot of Mount Escotera. The course is a par 72 (6394m), 18-hole plus 1 reserve hole with many water features, lakes, waterfalls and streams. There is a covered driving range and a pro shop which offers clubs, trolleys and buggies for hire. The club house caters for everything from a coffee to a beautiful evening meal. La Finca are building a new club house and 5 star hotel which should be open in 2008. Other famous golf courses including Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are within 20 minutes drive.
Other activities such as Tennis, Horse Riding, Go Karting, and Water Parks are all just a short drive away. Local markets can be found daily.
Full directions and maps will be sent out in an information pack once booked. Advice on flights and hire cars also available. A hire car is highly recommended but airport transfers can be arranged.

All bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided.
60 euros must be paid at the end of the stay in Spain for cleaning and welcome pack ( this also includes a 'Meet and Greet' service). A non refundable deposit of £100 is required on booking.
Final balance is due 8 weeks before holiday along with a refundable security deposit of £100 to cover accidental damage or excessive cleaning (refundable on return once property checked and keys returned).
Cancellation policy 8+ weeks, loss of deposit only, 4-8 weeks, 50% of rental price refunded + security deposit, 2-4 weeks, 25% refunded + security deposit less than 2 weeks - no refund but security deposit returned.
