This pretty villa is situated in the beautiful area of Los Molinos in the world famous La Manga Club. The villa is a traditional style, typified by the tower, cream walls and dark wooden shutters. The villa is ideally located for the community pool, the restaurants and social life in La Manga Club, but it is tucked away in a lovely quiet spot.
Golf and Sport discount priviledges are available for guests on each of the three championship golf courses, the tennis courts, tennis academy, football academy, bowls, squash and all that the Club has to offer.
The villa is in the pretty area of Los Molinos, gaining its name from the two windmills in the area (Molino being Spanish for windmill) and these cream villas feature a tower similar that of the windmills around. The villas are set in pretty and well maintained gardens, mainly laid to grass with a labyrinth of pretty winding paths to the villas in the area.
The villa is a corner one, there is a pretty tower which houses the staircase. Entry in through the front door to the lounge diner, this is lovely room with beamed ceilings, fireplace and patio doors to the terrace. There is a nice dining table and chairs, sofa, TV with Club TV Satellite system. The separate well appointed kitchen has fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave. There is a door from the kitchen to the terrace which has a BBQ built into the chimney. Up the internal staircase to the top terrace, a lovely place to relax and enjoy a good book or just take in the stunning views. This terrace has plenty of sunloungers, patio table and chairs.
Downstairs from the lounge are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the gardens. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, vanity unit, WC and bidet.
The second bedroom is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and window to the gardens. There is also a separate shower room, with vanity unit, WC and bidet and in this room you will also find the washing machine.
The villa is very sweet, very well presented and in an excellent location.
Los Molinos at La Manga Club is renowned for its fantastic poolside restaurant which offers delicious lunches and fun BBQ and childrens evening (bookings in advance and certain days of the week for the evening entertainment)
Los Molinos is also only a 2 min walk from Bellaluz Square, which is the centre of the Club. Bellaluz has shops, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. Everything is there to make this the perfect relaxing holiday

The villa is at La Manga Club so the list of activities is long and varied. La Manga Club is famous for its three Championship golf courses, its LTA association for tennis with 28 tennis courts, bowls, squash. Then there is the Five Star Hyatt Regency Hotel and best of all the Spa, with its thermal pools, fabulous gymnasium and treatments. Enjoy a day at the Spa a fabulous treatment for a fraction of the cost of the UK.
La Manga Club has over 30 bars and restaurants ranging and catering for all tastes. From the fine dining of the Amapola Restaurant in the Hyatt to Uncle Sam´s American Diner with its checked table cloths burgers and chips. There is something for everybody here at La Manga Club.
There are academies for Golf, Tennis, Football and rugby to keep the children happy and even a "kids club" on site, if you want to drop them off and have a day to yourselves.
You dont have to race around to enjoy your holiday, the villa is very relaxing and very large so you will always find a quiet spot to sit in the sun and enjoy a good book.
Visit the nearby town of Cartagena for historic Spain. Cartagena is one of Europe´s deepest natural harbour and has a history which pre dates the Romans. Visit the Roman wall, take the Tour bus and find out more, or the Tourist boat will show you around the harbour. Cartagena is an excellent place to shop, there is a new shopping centre which has recently opened just outside the town.
The area has over 271 km of beaches, and two seas. The warm safe waters of the Mar Menor a large lagoon. The waters are shallow and so full of salt that you can float around unaided. The Mar Menor is separated from the Mediterranean by a narrow strip of land called La Manga (the sleeve). This strip of land has stunning beaches either side.
But if you want a beach, vist La Cala on La Manga Club.

Smaller kids will have a fantastic day too as there are plenty of rides for the little ones that bigger people cant do.

Rental Notes: Change over day during the off season is any day so you can take advantage of the cheaper mid week flights. However we would prefer Saturday to Saturday during the peak season.
We try wherever we can to allow you to stay in the villa until you need to leave for the airport. However if this is not possible due to another arrival we respectfully request that you vacate before 11am.
Taxi transfers can be arranged from the airport and a lower than local taxi rate.
Towels and linen are provided for the house but you do need to bring your own beach and pool towel.
Change of linen and mid stay clean for bookings of over 10 days.
Welcome pack provided, included in the price. This can be upgraded to a full breakfast pack including sausage bacon and eggs.
Travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
