This lovely modern, bright and spacious apartment is situated on La Manga del Mar Menor, just 3km from the popular village of Cabo de Palos. Monte Blanco has stunning views of both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, or little sea. The apartment has the benefit of having two community swimming pools to choose which one you are going to laze around all day. It also has a dedicated parking space in the underground car park, so no hopping into a hot car in the height of the summer. The apartment is a short walk from both beaches on the Mar Menor Menor and on the Med.
The apartment is less than 3 years old and is immaculately furnished. With air conditoning and warm air heating in the lounge and both bedrooms. There is a lovely patio on which to relax and enjoy the stunning sun sets over the Mar Menor.
Ideally located for a family holiday, only a few minutes from the centre of La Manga and the nightlife and yet perfectly tucked away so quiet and peaceful.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a low rise apartment block of only 3 floors. With a patio garden which faces west for afternoon sun.
Upon entry into this spacious apartment, there are the bedrooms off to the right. Firstly a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and then the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, safe and both bedrooms have air conditioning. The bathroom is mosaic tiled with a shower over the bath, bidet, WC and vanity unit.
There is a large sitting room / dining room with patio doors to the patio. TV, DVD and stereo, plus air condtioning. The sofa is also a sofa bed. A further door off the lounge to the fully fitted and separate kitchen. This has fridge freezer, oven hob and washing machine.
There is also a utility room to the rear, again with a patio door out to the patio.
The apartment has the use of the two swimming pools, just around the corner. Which is great because you have all the fun of the pool, but if you want to relax and not be disturbed by the noise, the apartment is cool quiet and tranquil.
The apartment is ideal for family holidays and for small children. There is a buggy or wheelchair ramp from the pavement to the apartment block door, and being ground floor it is ideal for children as they cant fall off any balconies.
The owners have taken great trouble to make sure that everything is there in the apartment for a perfect holiday.

Local activities in and around La Manga Del Mar Menor, Costa Calida - Murcia
Monte Blanco is a lovely area of La Manga del Mar Menor. The apartment has stunning views and is tucked away. It is very close to Plaza Bohemia, with its many restaurants, bars and its night market, ideal place to pick up a bargain handbag or belt. The area of Zocos is two minutes away by bus with its excellent nightlife. There are many bars which can help you see the sunrise.
The Puerto Tomas Maestre, is just 5km away and you can enjoy the deep sea diving, waterskiing, jet skis or sailing which the local beach clubs and watersport schools offer.
There are beaches a plenty to choose from. Many of our clients prefer the white sandy beaches of the Mediterranean which stretch on for miles. These beaches have regular cafes and bars and the waters are a little cooler with just a few more waves. The waters on the Mar Menor are warm, safe and shallow and great fun for kids to play in.
Visit the nearby town of Cartagena for historic Spain. Cartagena is one of Europe´s deepest natural harbour and has a history which pre dates the Romans. Visit the Roman wall, take the Tour bus and find out more, or the Tourist boat will show you around the harbour. Cartagena is an excellent place to shop, there is a new shopping centre which has recently opened just outside the town.
Cabo de Palos has one of the largest markets every Sunday morning. As with all the local markets you can pick up a great bargain or two. Leather goods, handbags, sandles and belts are especially good for the quality and price. Cheap T shirts and copy designer wares, plus the freshest vegetables and fruits the region has to offer. Take the ferry across in the morning on a Wednesday to San Javier and enjoy the busy bustling market in this little town.

Smaller kids will have a fantastic day too as there are plenty of rides for the little ones that bigger people cant do.

Rental Notes: Change over days are entirely flexible. Take advantage of the cheaper mid week flights into Murica We try wherever we can to allow you to stay in the villa until you need to leave for the airport. However if this is not possible due to another arrival we respectfully request that you vacate before 11am. Taxi transfers can be arranged from the airport and a lower than local taxi rate.
Towels and linen are provided for the house but you do need to bring your own beach and pool towel. Change of linen and mid stay clean for bookings of over 10 days.
Welcome pack provided, included in the price. This can be upgraded to a full breakfast pack including sausage bacon and eggs.
Travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
