This very well equipped, spacious and attractive villa is set in a secluded garden with private swimming pool. Tastefully decorated and well appointed, this villa has the advantage of being only 2km (2 minutes drive) from the magnificent La Barrosa beach with its golden sands and clean water, and the small exclusive resort of Novo Sancti Petri. Here there is a good selection of shops, banks, restaurants and a supermarket. Novo Sancti Petri also boasts a superb 36 hole golf course.
The villa is situated in an area with close proximity to the beach which means that it is in the most pleasant environment. It is in a peaceful, semi-rural location, on a tarmac side road, 100m from the main road which leads to Novo Sancti Petri and other destinations. The large front porch which offers shade from the sun is furnished with a table and 6 chairs. The front garden has a car port also providing shade from the sun. A car may be parked there securely, as the secluded walled garden is not overlooked and has high lockable gates. The rear garden is paved, with a 6x3m swimming pool (max. depth 1.5m) and the side garden is laid to lawn. There is outdoor and pool lighting, and there are 6 sunloungers, parasols, and a BBQ. The owners have taken great care to make sure that all those little extras have been provided to ensure that guests will have a comfortable stay.

Local activities in and around Chiclana De La Frontera, Costa de la Luz - Cadiz
Close by are two horse riding centres, three golf courses (the one at Novo Sancti Petri is particularly good) and the driving range is within walking distance. Tennis is 1km away. At the fishing village of Sancti Petri, windsurfers, kite surfers, banana boats and canoes are available for hire. Surfboarding is available at El Palmar near Conil, and there is the Aqualand Water Park at El Puerto de Santa Maria. The superb La Barrosa beach has been awarded the prestigious clean seas 'Blue Flag' every year since the programme was founded. At 8km long, it is in two parts. One part is completely natural, and the other part has a promenade with bars and restaurants. There is a weekly market in Chiclana and another at Conil. Chiclana which is 10 mins drive, is a typical Andalucian town with narrow streets and flower filled courtyards. Cadiz, the oldest city in Europe is about 30 mins drive, and Seville, a beautiful city with amazing architecture is 90 mins drive. At Jerez, 40 mins drive, you can do a tour of the sherry bodegas and learn how sherry is blended. To see the horses dancing at the Spanish Riding School is not to be missed, and there are many museums and other sites to be visited. At Tarifa, 45 mins drive, you can enjoy whale and dolphin watching, or take the ferry for a day trip to Tangiers in Morocco.
