This lovely penthouse has wonderful views of the mountains, lake and the mediteranean from its huge sun terrace. The sun terrace is great for getting a tan but also has barb-i-que facilities for eating al-fresco while watching the sun setting over the mountains.
It overlooks 2 swimming pools, gymnasium, tennis courts and the private beach area, ideal for a family holiday. It is only a few minutes walk away from the beach and the long promanade with extends into Almerimar. Almerimar and its huge marina has many different types of restaurants to choose from.
The large holiday resort of Roquetas del mar is only about 20 mins away by car for more shops and more variety of nightlife. There is a large underground garage and the apartment has its own parking space.

This is a clean and comfortable 2 bedroomed apartment. The master bedroom has an en-suite with toilet, wash basin and shower and boasts a king size bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds.
There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, toilet, bidet and vanity unit with washbasin.
The American style kitchen is well equipped with all things neccessary for four people. There is a large fridge, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
The lounge has 2 comfortable leather couches a table with four chairs and it has a patio/terrace which overlooks the swimming pools and garden area. It has a Plasma TV and you can see some English channels.

This is an ideal holiday for a family with 2 children who want a relaxing beach type holiday with plenty of sun.
Local activities in and around El Ejido, Almeria
Almerimar and its huge harbour /marina is a short ar drive away there are shops and a variety of restaurants to choose from.
Almerimar has a 27 hole golf course. There is horseriding at the Hipica and watersports during the summer months. Sea fishing is also very popular in this area as well as bird watching on the nearby nature reserve. The Siera Nevada mountain range is suitable for skiing during the winter months and is only a couple of hours drive.
ElEjido is only 10 mins away in the car and has lots of shops and also a large open air market on the first 3 Wednesdays in every month.
The large holiday resort of Roquestas del mar is only 20 mins away by car and has many more restaurants and shops to explore. Also you can find the large water park at Roquetas which is a great day out for the kids.
Granada and the wonderful Alhambra Palace is only a 2 hr drive away.
You could also have a great day out at Oasis/mini Hollywood where there is large Zoo plus old Spaghetti Western memorabilia and spectacular show.
The Capa de Gata natural park is not too far away with its wonderful scenery and rock formations.
Our apartment is approximately 40 minutes from Almeria airport along the E15 motorway then turning left off the motoraway towards Almerimar. Full directions will be provided when placing your booking.

Rental Notes: Our apartment has a property manager who is there to help with any queries if needed. He will make sure that the place is clean for your arrival and will clean it when you leave. However, we would appreciate if you could leave the apartment in the way that you find it, there are a few cleaning products left in the apartment for your own use during your stay.
