This duplex apartment is situated in the Costa Galera complex, a short walk from the beach on the casares Costa. There are three large pools available set in beautifully landscaped gardens, one of which has a poolside restaurant.
The spacious lounge is luxuriously furnished, with a TV & DVD and freeview UK channels. There are two large sofas and a dining table to seat 6. Patio doors lead to the terrace which benefits from the morning sun with views to the mountains and sea.
On the same level, there are two twin bedrooms. Both have fitted wardrobes. One bedroom faces the pool and the other has patio doors leading to the terrace. In between the bedroom is an additional Shower room. The modern kitchen has microwave, toaster and all mod cons and leads to the lower terrace with views of the pool. A large table and 6 chairs are provided.
Up the stairs, the master bedroom consists of a double bed and large fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. There are two sets of patio doors, one set leads to the private outdoor Jacuzzi, the other leads to a private terrace. At the entrance to the bedroom is access to another terrace which overlooks the pool and gardens.
Within the complex is a driving range and a pitch & putt area. You could also pamper yourself in the Country Club which has indoor pools, saunas, beauty salon and much more. Private underground parking.

The apartment is situated near to the beaches of the Casares Costa and Sabinillas.
Nearby is the port of Duquesa, at night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night. Next to the port is Sabinillas with its many shops,bars and restaurants some have live music and dancing, others are quiet the choice is yours!
