This lovely modern three bedroom house is situated in the beachside resort of Playa Paraiso. Literally meaning paradise beach, this property is to be found 125m from the beach and on the warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor.
The house is bright, light and spacious and has a lovely community pool. The property is very well furnished and laid out and benefits from air conditioning and has satellite TV installation.
Playa Paraiso is close to Cabo de Palos, with its stunning harbour, fabulous restaurants, lighthouse and Sunday morning market. Local amenities such as supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlour, pharmacy and bakery can be found within walking distance at Playa Honda.
The house is modern, large, bright and spacious and was constructed in 2005.
Entrance from the road into the rear patio garden. This is a sunny west facing spot. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would want for a perfectly relaxing holiday in the sunshine.
Through to the large lounge diner, with air conditoning and warm air heating. There are plenty of sofas to relax and enjoy the Satellite TV, or to curl up in the evening with a glass of wine. The dining table seats 6 for those banquet evenings at home.
Downstairs there is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an shower room with WC, bidet and wash hand basin.
From the lounge the external door leads to the front patio, fully enclosed with gateway directly to the pool area. This patio faces east for morning sun and makes the ideal place to enjoy a sunny breakfast after a quick dip.
The pool is large and there is plenty of room as the pool is enclosed and only shared between around 36 houses.

Local activities in and around La Manga Del Mar Menor, Costa Calida - Murcia
Playa Paraiso is a lovely small resort on the shores of the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor is the largest lagoon in Europe and these warm shallow waters, reaching a max depth of 7m, are safe for children.
There is a sailing and windsurfing school just 500m down the beach where you can book anything from a couple of hours on a windsurfing to a full week´s instruction. The Mar Menor is an ideal place to learn to sail or windsurf.
The Puerto Tomas Maestre, is just 10km away and you can enjoy the deep sea diving, waterskiing, jet skiing or sailing which the local beach clubs and watersport schools offer.
There are beaches a plenty to choose from. Many of our clients prefer the white sandy beaches of the Mediterranean which stretch on for miles. These beaches have regular cafes and bars and the waters are a little cooler with just a few more waves. The waters on the Mar Menor are warm, safe and shallow and great fun for kids to play in.
Visit the nearby town of Cartagena for historic Spain. Cartagena is one of Europe´s deepest natural harbour and has a history which pre dates the Romans. Visit the Roman wall, take the Tour bus and find out more, or the Tourist boat will show you around the harbour. Cartagena is an excellent place to shop, there is a new shopping centre which has recently opened just outside the town.
Cabo de Palos has one of the largest markets every Sunday morning. As with all the local markets you can pick up a great bargain or two. Leather goods, handbags, sandles and belts are especially good for the quality and price. Cheap T shirts and copy designer wares, plus the freshest vegetables and fruits the region has to offer. Take the ferry across in the morning on a Wednesday to San Javier and enjoy the busy bustling market in this little town.

Smaller kids will have a fantastic day too as there are plenty of rides for the little ones that bigger people cant do.

Rental Notes: Change over days are entirely flexible. Take advantage of the cheaper mid week flights into Murica We try wherever we can to allow you to stay in the villa until you need to leave for the airport. However if this is not possible due to another arrival we respectfully request that you vacate before 11am. Taxi transfers can be arranged from the airport and at lower than local taxi rate.
Towels and linen are provided for the house but you do need to bring your own beach and pool towel. Change of linen and mid stay clean for bookings of over 10 days.
Welcome pack provided, included in the price. This can be upgraded to a full breakfast pack including sausage bacon and eggs.
Travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
