The villa is located on a 10,000 sq meter plot, it has a fantastic pool and plenty of sun beds and outdoor seating areas. With a designated barbeque area there is no excuse not to dine el fresco!
If you truly want that "driving over lemons" experience and see the real Andalucia yet be within driving distance of the beach and many popular tourist locations then this is the ideal location.
This villa certainly has the wow factor, the interior has been furnished to a very high standard, the living room has a feature fire place and fantastic views. It has Satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The villa has 2 bathrooms and a shower room, again they have been well designed. The villa is secure with a gated enterance and there is parking for 2 cars. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms.
It is a 15 minute drive to the nearest beach which also has a beach bar "La Sal" which is open all year. It is a popular place so be sure to reserve your table during peak season. 20 minutes drive and you arrive at Puerto Duquesa which has plenty of boating, fishing and diving opportunities. The area in general is a haven for golf enthusiats and we can pre-book golf courses for you and often get a discounted price.
Rhonda, Estepona, Marbella are all within an hours driving and there are great water parks at Mijas and Algerciras.
The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery and nature, 2 minutes from a traditional white spanish village yet has the convenience of the beach only 15 minutes away!

Local activities in and around Duquesa, Costa del Sol - Malaga
There are plenty of golf courses around the area, Dona Julia which is a 15 minute drive is a good course and good value for money. Duques has a mulitude of bars and restaruants and now offers diving, fishing, watersports and boat charters.
If you prefer a little pampering there are 2 local spas offering treatments and pampering packages.
Dolphin trips are also available from Duquesa and recently added is mountain bike hire so if you are feeling adventerous you can experience a 4000ft mountain bike 20km descent from the Estepona mountain range.
Quad biking is also within an hours drive. There is also horse riding within 1.5 hours. Alternatively if sight seeing is more preferable there are many Andalucian villages/towns to explore.
