This is a spectacular villa available to rent on the brand new Las Salinas golf course, the villa has three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa is located in Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura.
There are two sets of patio doors from the villa, one leading directly out onto pool terrace and the other leading to a pergola covered patio area.
The private heated pool is size of 10m x 4m, has a warm water solar-heated shower is located by the side of the pool.
There is ample terracing area around the pool with a number of quality sun beds and a lovely patio table and chairs.
There are stairs on the side of the villa which lead up to a totally private and secluded sun-terrace or bathing area.
The garden area is fully landscaped with a great range of shrubs, tropical plants and earthenware pots.

The golf villas accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with bedside cabinets, further dressing table and double fitted wardrobe. En-suite with bath and shower with screen. Basin set in marble with cupboard under, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedside cabinets with double fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds and bedside cabinet and double fitted wardrobe.
The villa has a large bathroom which is made up of a bath with glass screen and shower, basin set in marble with cupboard under and toilet.
The villa also contains a fully equipped kitchen with a range of floor and wall cupboards, granite worktops and breakfast bar with sink and drainer. Tall fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven and dishwasher. Full range of cooking equipment incuding kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, pots pans, cutlery, plates etc.
The immaculate lounge/diner has two settee’s and a coffee table, TV with full satellite TV and a DVD player.
The sideboard contains a full range of drinking glasses and ample storage. To set this area off there is also a large dining table for 6 persons.
Towels and linen are provided and the bungalow is cleaned on a weekly basis.
